Below a picturesque village which is accessed by a chemein through the vineyards, the villa enjoys a tourist location, near the pond Bonde (beach, swimming, sailing) and beautiful villages like Cucuron, Ansouis and La Tour d'Aigue with their prestigious castle. The villa has three bedrooms and is suitable for seven persons.
On the ground floor of the villa you can enjoy the fireplace in the living and dining room, you can watch TV or a DVD and turn on the radio or stereo. Internet access and air conditioning is available. There is a separate toilet.
On the first floor you will find the three bedrooms, one room has a double bed, the other one two single beds and there is a more luxery room with a double bed, TV and their own shower and washbasin. In this room air conditioning is also available. There is another bathroom with a shower, toilet and washbasin. In the loft you can find a single bed.
It is possible to use the washing machine and the tumble dryer. You have a roofed patio and in the fenced garden with garden furniture you can prepare meals on the barbecue or swim in the private pool of 4 x 4 m. There is a cot and high chair available. There is a basement/garage and bicycles are available.
Lake La Bonde is just 2 km away from the accommodation. You can play tennis in 6.5 km and you will find golf Pierrevert in 12 km. There is already a restaurant within 400 m.
