The house has been completely renovated and is tastefully furnished in a modern style. It can be divided in three apartments. each with their own kitchen. One of which is occupied by the owners. and the others are let. The large dining room caters for 22 people. There is a large lawn of around 6.500 m2 at the back of the house. The grounds are adjacent to many walking and mountain bike routes. Kalterherberg is near the Belgian border. It is in the heart of the Hoge Venen National Park which is part of the Eifel region.
