This farmhouse is about 95km from Lisbon and 36km from the former royal city of Evora in the countryside of Alentejo. It is around 86 m2.

Every 2nd Saturday of the month, a gipsy market takes place. In May and September 'feira's' are held; a sort of fair with loads of activities. Once a week, a cattle-auction of national importance takes place in Montemor. The apartment, with its location at the back of the Quinta and at approx. 150m of the communal swimming pool, is good in spring and autumn and for guests with pets.
