There is a nature park with various animals located next to the property. There are various indoor and outdoor swimming pools and a modern spa centre available in Bohinj, which is approximately 1 km away. The Vogel ski area can be reached within a 10-minute drive.

A biking track that goes all the way to the Bohinj Lake passes the house. It is also a perfect starting point for excursions to the mountains.
