Their baked goods are made from scratch several times daily; they offer fair trade organic coffee; their foods and handcrafted soups are made fresh daily using the freshest, most wholesome ingredients available, and they offer a variety of fresh juices and smoothies. They are open Monday to Saturday from 6:30 am until 10 pm, and on Sunday from 8 am until 8 pm.
