In addition to spectacular scenery, numerous and diverse ecological regions/resources, and being a crucial north-south wildlife corridor, this park is also designated as an International Peace Park and listed as a World Heritage site. Four campgrounds are available with selections from landscaped lawns to forest settings. Depending on the area, flush toilets, hot showers, storage containers, kitchen shelters, fire rings, and a dump station are available.
