This certified organic farmers market is operated by the Center for Urban Education about Sustainable Agriculture (CUESA). At the market, you will find organic vegetables, fruits, flowers, and artisan specialties like breads, cheeses and jams. The market is open two days of the week, on Tuesday from 10am to 2pm and on Saturday from 8am to 2pm. The large Saturday market is held both in front of the Ferry Building on Embarcadero and at the back of the plaza which overlooks the bay. On Tuesday, the market goes out of the Arcades onto the Embarcadero sidewalk. The markets are held rain or shine. The farmers markets are located at the Ferry Building in downtown San Francisco at Embarcadero and Market Streets. There are metered parking spaces located in front of and within a few blocks of the Ferry Building. There are also parking lots nearby like the Pier 1/2 parking lot (north of the ferry building), the Washington and Embarcadero parking lot, and the Howard Street parking garage. The farmers markets offer parking validation.
