Along with a great selection of farm fresh fruits and veggies, these outdoor markets offer grass fed meats, oysters, free range eggs, fresh herbs, local grains, local honey, cheese, fresh flowers, all kinds of plants and more. They also have food vendors, live music, special events, and something for all ages. The Saturday market, in Arcata at the Arcata Plaza, runs from about the 2nd week in April until about mid-November from 9 am until 2 pm with live music starting at 10 am. The Tuesday Arcata market runs from 3:30 pm until 6:30 pm at 8th and I Streets from June thru October. The Eureka markets run on Tuesdays in Old Town from 10 am until 1 pm and at the Henderson Center from 10 am until 1 pm, June thru October. The Thursday market is in McKinleyville at the McKinnleyville Shopping Center from 3:30 pm until 6:30 pm June thru October.
