All organic and all vegan, this eatery features freshly prepared healthy salads, soups, quiche, wraps, sandwiches, raw food, baked and raw desserts, date shakes, and smoothies with the majority of the menu soy and gluten free. The restaurant is open daily from 11:30 am until 4 pm. Beginning at the end of 2011 they will be opening 3 nights a week for dinner on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings.
