This entirely vegan restaurant chain offers organic breads for some of their sandwiches, organic wheat crusts for their pizzas, organic sliced tomatoes, organic penne pasta, organic steamed greens and organic steamed soy beans (edamame). Menu categories include salads, sandwiches, hot bowls with rice or noodles, pizzas, soups, snacks, sweet treats and more. They are open Monday through Saturday from 11am to 9pm and closed on Sunday. To take a break from the hot summer desert heat, the restaurant is closed each year from mid-August to mid-September.
