A seasonally influenced menu that is all made from scratch each day, fresh daily baked breads, a prominence placed on sustainably and organically sourced produce and products, and their own hand-cut naturally raised meats are only a few of the offerings of this fine dining restaurant. They also have their own Certified Organic farm that provides produce and fresh fruits for a variety of beverages, weekly specials, prix-fix dinners, dancing and wine tasting events, a venue for special events, and special adjustments can be made for dietary specific purposes. The restaurant is located at the historic 900 acre Highland Springs Resort which comprises of an 88 room resort and conference center, and the Certified Organic 123 Farm. They are open Tuesday from 11 am until 3 pm; Wednesday through Saturday from 11 am until 8 pm, and Sunday brunch is from 10 am until 2 pm. Happy Hours are Tuesday through Saturday from 3 pm until 5:30 pm.
