This vegetarian restaurant uses organic fruits and vegetables mostly from their own certified organic garden or from local organic growers. They offer both vegetarian and vegan cuisine. The breakfast menu includes scrambles, with eggs or tofu, crepes when strawberries are in season, breakfast quesadilla and enchilada, french toast, pancakes and more. The eggs at the restaurant are not certified organic, but they are from vegetarian fed, cage free hens and are not fertile. Their dinner menu includes starters, salads, entrees such as vegetarian and pasta dishes, vegan dishes, pizza and desserts. The wines served at the restaurant are either organic or from sustainable vineyards. The restaurant recycles all food wastes by composting them back into garden beds. All glass, papers and cardboard are sent to recycling. Breakfast is served every day starting at 7:30am. On Sunday, breakfast is served until noon. Dinner is served every day starting at 5:30pm. Ravens is located at the Stanford Inn. You do not need to stay at the hotel to enjoy their breakfast or dinner, but the breakfast is complimentary for overnight guests.
