A variety of farmers, ranchers, artisans, fishermen, bakers, and various vendors gather at 9 different sites in the county to bring forth an abundance of farm fresh produce and products, homemade foods and items, fresh baked goods, regional specialties, fresh fish, all natural meats/poultry, and much more. There is also a variety of special themed market events, demonstrations, special sales, food vendors, and entertainment depending on the market location. The Ft Bragg market is on Wednesdays in the 400 block of N Franklin in the front of City Hall from the beginning of May thru October from 3 pm until 6 pm. The Boonville market runs on Saturdays from the beginning of May until the end of October from 9:30 am until 12 pm at the Boonville Hotel at 14050 Hwy 128. The Gualala market is held at the Gualala Community Center from mid-May to about the 1st week in November on Saturdays from 9:30 am until 12:30 pm. The Laytonville market is held at the Good Food Store at 44850 Highway 101 on Mondays from mid-June thru October from 3 pm until 6 pm. The Mendocino market runs on Fridays from about the 1st week in May to the end of October from 12 pm until 2 pm at Howard and Main Street. Redwood Valley's market is on Sundays at 8920 East Road in Lion's Park from mid-June thru October from 9:30 am until 12:30 pm. Ukiah has a smaller market on Tuesdays at School and Clay Streets from the beginning of May until the end of October from 3 pm until 6 pm, and a much larger market on Saturdays (same location) year around: From May 1st until October 30 the Saturday Ukiah market is open from 8:30 am until 12 pm, and from November thru April from 9:30 am until 12 pm. The Willits market runs on Thursdays in the City Park from about the 1st week in May until the end of October and they go indoors for winter at the Little Lake Grange at 291 School Street from the beginning of November until the end of April from 3 pm until 6 pm.
