Prep cooks prepare all their basic offerings fresh each day; each meal is prepared from scratch when ordered; they offer organic Fair Trade coffee and espresso, and serve fine wines and beers with organic choices. They also have a full menu of live music. The cafe is open Tuesday to Sunday from 8 am until 3 pm and from Tuesday to Saturday for dinner from 5 pm until 9 pm; they reopen on Monday's in May.
