In addition to all the organic fruits, nuts, and vegetables provided by this Certified Organic farm and kitchen, they also source local organic farmers, and an international/national eclectic variety of exotic organics creating a wide variety of choices. The market also offers many prepared foods, including an excellent organic salad bar with homemade raw vegan dressings, bakery items, ethnic foods, fresh squeezed juices, raw food pizzas with freshly prepared pesto, raw fruit pies, and no dairy homemade ice cream. The market is open every Saturday from 10 am until 5 pm.
