Born of glacial activity and rich in natural and cultural history, this park is popular for the beauty of its canyons and bluffs and its scenic trails with overlooks. The park also has a recreational lake, a river for stream fishing, and historical/memorial sites. The campground has 94 sites, picnic tables, modern restrooms, showers, a playground, and a dump station. There are no water hookups at the campgrounds.
