Although a favorite among picnickers for its shady lakeside picnic areas, this 1,100 acre park with a 64 acre lake has a wide variety of recreational pursuits, several miles of hiking trails, and beautiful stands of old forest. The campground has 68 sites in 3 areas, picnic tables, fire rings, restrooms, showers, a playground, and a dump station. There are no water hookups at the campgrounds.
