Offering 488 miles of shoreline, this 2,793 acre park sits near an adjoining 3,230 acre conservation area in the state's largest concentration of natural lakes. There are multiple bird and wildlife habitats, a wide array of year round land and water recreation, seasonal concessionaires, and 80 acres in the park's bog area has been set aside as a nature preserve. Campsites are located throughout the park and offer picnic tables, grills, showers, and restrooms. Sites are first come first served with a limited number of sites available for reservations.
