With an emphasis on sourcing and supporting sustainable, local, and organic providers, this farm-to-table bistro and bar features a seasonally changing menu of all natural made-from-scratch cuisine. The feature grass fed meats, all natural poultry, artisan cheeses, organic produce, a 100 mile sourcing radius for most ingredients, signature cocktails, and special events highlighting sustainable providers. They are open for lunch Tuesday to Saturday from 11 am until 3 pm and for dinner Tuesday to Saturday from 5 pm until 10 pm. Reservations are recommended.
