Authentic Mayan cuisine, ingredients locally and sustainably sourced, grass-fed all natural meats, fresh organic produce, a monthly changing menu, and fine wine and beer are just a few of the offerings of this unique cafe. Also, during the summer months on Monday evenings they showcase a local farm in their evening meal - called Mayan Market Mondays - and skillfully present a special meal from what was still growing or being produced that morning. They are open for lunch Monday to Friday from 11 am until 2:30 pm, and for dinner Monday to Thursday from 5 pm until 10 pm and on Friday and Saturday from 5 pm until 10:30 pm.
