A popular recreation destination, this 3,000+ acre park has a 243 acre lake surrounded by rugged, forested mountains, offers breathtaking views, and a variety of land and water activities. There are interpretive programs, areas for special events, and easy to challenging trails including a 4 ˝ mile trail that encircles the lake and a mile-long gorge trail. There are 278 campsites with restrooms, showers, a game room, laundry, camp store, fire rings, and a dump station is close by. This campground is closed during the off-season. There are no water hookups at the campgrounds.
