North American Midwest regional cuisine skillfully created from sustainably-sourced and organic regional ingredients is the specialty of this fine dining restaurant. The menu changes daily from the fresh ingredients delivered each morning, and breads and pastries are made fresh daily as well. They also offer a Chef's Table for a unique dining experience - reservations need to be made at least a week in advance. The lounge features seasonally generated regional microbrews and spirits with most mixers and garnishes created in-house. They open Tuesday thru Sunday at 5 pm with last seating at 9:30 pm.
