This all butter, from-scratch bakery offers organic coffee and a full menu of fresh baked all natural breads, croissants stuffed with various fillings, pastries, and cakes. They also offer signature items and on the 1st Thursday each month they stay open a little later to celebrate humanities "never-give-up" spirit with some Blues & Bread and food/beverages specials. They are open daily from 6 am until 8 pm.
