With a focus on sourcing and supporting sustainable, local, and organic providers, this farm-to-table restaurant and bar features a weekly, and sometimes daily, changing menu of all natural made-from-scratch cuisine. Fresh organic products are also sourced from the owner and executive chef's Grateful Growers Farm; their cheeses, dressings, pastas, breads and more are made in-house; they source sustainable seafood, and free range eggs and all natural meats and poultry are also used. They are open Monday to Friday for breakfast from 6:30 to 10:30 am, lunch from 11 am to 2 pm, and dinner from 5 pm to 10 pm.
