This 24 acre farm-brewery-butchery complex offers a number of products with a strong emphasis on sustainable agriculture and business practices. Their Craft Brewer produces natural, unfiltered beer in refillable bottles; the Master Butcher creates his magic with fresh and smoked meats; the garden produces acres of organic produce for retail and for the Chef of the restaurant, and free range eggs and naturally raised beef are also used.
