In addition to offering only organic, Direct Trade and shade grown coffee and coffee specialties, the baristas at this cafe also serve up all natural milkshakes from grass fed dairy cows, real fruit smoothies, and a number of signature specialties that can only be found here. They are open Monday to Friday from 7 am until 6 pm and on Saturday and Sunday from 8 am until 4 pm.
