In addition to sourcing from and developing relations with some 50+ local farmers and purveyors, this farm-to-table restaurant and bar is the only local restaurant that also sources fresh produce and meats daily from their own sustainable farm. They also offer Fair Trade and organic coffee, organic bio-dynamic beers, weekly specials, a number of special events, and several signature items. Dinner and cocktails are served Monday to Wednesday from 6 pm until 10 pm; Thursday from 5 pm until 10 pm, and on Friday and Saturday from 5:30 pm until 11 pm.
