This health-conscious deli-style restaurant offers a diverse and extensive menu that includes vegetarian/dietary specific choices with a colored coded menu for easy recognition, USDA certified organics, naturally raised meats, and wholesome high quality ingredients. Some offerings include made-from-scratch soups, an organically-inclined fresh salad bar, organic coffee/teas and beverages, specialty sandwiches - or build-your-own, signature dishes, and a kid's menu. Their foods have 0% artificial trans fats, processed MSG, artificial colors, dyes and nitrates, or high fructose corn syrup (a few soda exceptions). Delivery and catering services are offered at most of the delis; they offer community support though a number of venues, and they have implemented programs to reduce their footprint on the environment with more GREEN initiatives planned. Leashed, friendly dogs are allowed at their outside dining area.
