Al fresco "Garden to Table" dining at its best is the specialty at this restaurant located at the Grand Cascades Lodge. Their 100% organic garden provides a bounty of freshly harvested ingredients that the chefs use to prepare the meals in front of the guests. This seasonal restaurant usually closes up mid-October and reopens in spring. Friday and Saturday they are open from 11 am until 8 pm, and on Sunday they are open for lunch from 11 am until 4 pm.
