With an emphasis on utilizing organic and sustainable farming methods, this European-style winery produces fine Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir, and some Chardonnay wines. All of the estates 1,033 acres are certified organic with 465 acres for the organic vineyards. The on-site restaurant offers a seasonally inspired menu straight from their own organic produce fields.
