Located at the Hermitage Hotel, this farm-to-table dining destination features historic Southern cuisine inspired by "cultural sustainability" and the freshest seasonal ingredients available. In addition to souring local ingredients, they also source from the Executive Chef and Farmer T Brown Farm at Glen Leven only a few miles from the restaurant. They are open daily for breakfast from 6:30 am until 11 am; for lunch from 11:30 am until 2 pm, and for dinner from 5:30 pm until 10 pm.
