There are over a 1000 recreational acres at this park, but the real attraction is the 6,300 acre lake popular for fishing and swimming with its 285 foot beach. They also have a scenic lakeside trail that winds through the marshlands, forests, and prairie fields. The campground has secluded sites, picnic tables, fire rings, and restrooms. This campground is closed during the offseason. There are no water hookups at the campgrounds.
