With an emphasis on sourcing locally and organically grown/raised produce and products, this 100% vegetarian eatery serves up a wide variety of made-from-scratch food choices - including raw, gluten-free, and vegan cuisines. Their menu includes such items as specialty health beverages, exotic sandwich creations, organic wines and beers, and more. Some of their other offerings include a reverse osmosis water purification system, cooking classes, farm tours, and specialty dinners. This was also the 1st certified GREEN restaurant in the state. They are open Monday thru Saturday from 11 am until 9 pm.
