Using the freshest, naturally grown/raised local ingredients has created a dining destination for both vegetarian and omnivorous diners. There foods are prepared daily and the dining area has been restored to it's circa 1020's appearance and ambiance and decorated with art from local artisans. They are open Monday to Thursday from 11 am until about 9 pm; Friday from about 11 am until about 10 pm; Saturday from 10 am until about 10 pm with brunch served from 10 am until 3 pm, and on Sunday brunch is from 10 am until 3 pm.
