This bakery places an emphasis on green initiatives, social responsibility through education and participation, and sustainable, local, organic and fair traded goods. In addition to a full line of artisanal breads and bakery items, this bakery also offers freshly prepared lunch items, Yukon Expedition Bread, and all organic hand-made chocolates. They are open Tuesday thru Friday from 8 am until 6 pm and on Saturday from 8 am until 4 pm.
