They use humanly raised meats and poultry, organic and mostly local produce, organic milk and dairy products, and organic coffees. The cafe is open Monday thru Friday from 7 am until 5 pm and on Saturday and Sunday from 8 am until 4 pm with a special brunch menu from 9 am until 2 pm.
