This member run and supported co-op is open to the public. The store has natural and organic groceries, produce, meats and seafood. They also have an in-store bakery, deli and espresso bar. Their bakery makes breads, cakes, pastries and more, and uses only natural and organic ingredients. The deli has free-range and nitrate free meats, organic cheese as well as vegetarian and vegan options. They have sandwiches, salads, soups, grilled veggies and other entrees. There seats for the deli near the check out counters. Outside seating is usually available during the summer months.
