This producer only market assures shoppers that the diversity of fresh local and organic produce and products are grown, prepared, or made by the vendor. Offerings include a diverse variety of local and organic produce, ethnic foods, fresh baked goods, home canned items, local honey and maple syrup, prepared foods and beverages, and regional specialties. The market also provides meats, pre-prepared and seasoned meals to go, craft and artistic works, flowers, plants, soaps, natural beauty products, and live music. In the summer and fall the market is at the City Plaza outdoors on Wednesdays and Saturdays from the beginning of May until mid-October from 9:30 am until 1:30 pm. The winter market runs on Saturdays only from 9:30 am until 1:30 pm at 2900 13th Avenue at the Cathedral Neighbourhood Centre from mid-October until mid-December. The spring market is also at the Centre on Saturday from the beginning of March until the end of April.
