This restaurant was certified organic in April 1999 by the Oregon Tilth Association and is the first certified organic restaurant in the country. Nora's serves new-American cuisine. Ninety-five percent or more of all of the ingredients at this restaurant are certified organic. Their menu offers starters, salads, and main courses including seafood, chicken, steak and tofu options. Be sure to check out their dessert menu too. They have triple filtered water to ensure it is free from chlorine and bacteria. They are open Monday through Saturday and closed on Sunday. The hours are 5:30pm to 10pm Monday through Thursday with reservations required. On Friday and Saturday, they are open 5:30 until 10:30pm with reservations recommended. Valet parking is available.
