Many of their ingredients come from local farms as well as from their garden, and their cuisine is all created using local Artesian well water. The other specialty here is their live, low-heat processed chocolates with organic stone-ground Fair Trade ingredients creating the largest selection of handcrafted artisan raw chocolates in the area.
