Formed from volcanic activity, this park also has a rich natural and cultural history, and the park's showcase is the beautiful 129 foot Burney Falls flowing from springs at 100 million gallons a day. There is a variety of land and water recreation and activities to pursue, exhibits, and the park now has Wi-Fi service. There are 128 family campsites and 7 primitive sites. Amenities include picnic tables, restrooms, showers, and a dump station. There are no electric or water hookups at the campgrounds.
