This bread bakery uses 100% organic grains, flours and oats in its flagship store in San Luis Obispo. All of their products are made from scratch including high-protein flour that is stone ground daily and is certified chemical free. They are open Monday through Saturday from 7am to 6:30pm and on Sunday from 8am to 6:30pm. They are located in downtown San Luis Obispo. To get there from Highway 101 heading south, take the Santa Rosa exit on the right. Continue on Olive Street/CA-1 for .1 miles. Turn right onto Santa Rosa St/CA-1 and continue for about .3 miles. Turn right onto Higuera Street and go .2 miles. To get there from Highway 101 heading north, take the CA-1 N exit toward Morro Bay/Hearst Castle. Make a slight right onto Osos Street and go about .3 miles. Turn right onto Higuera Street and go about .1 mile.
