The Sacramento area offers a dozen Certified Markets and they are still growing. Shoppers can expect a large variety of fresh seasonal produce and agricultural products, plus a selection of locally produced foods. Non-agricultural items are not sold. In addition to the market every Sunday at 8th and W Streets from 8 am until noon, there is a market available every day of the week at one location or another in the Metro area, except Mondays. Most of the markets are year around; some are open from May to October.
