Inspired by the modern baroque designs of Dorothy Draper, the hotel combines Hollywood Regency touches with the hotel groups signature bold and modern designs. Located just one block off Collins Avenue, the property's first building features 54 imaginatively designed one-bedroom, apartment-like accommodations with full-gourmet kitchens, a courtyard pool complete with an outdoor bar and private cabanas, meeting space, and a breathtaking sun deck with sweeping views of the city and ocean. Suites feature full gourmet kitchens, separate living and dining areas with pullout sofas, stereos, iPod docking stations and two 42-inch plasma TVs, 100pct organic cotton pillow-top beds and rain-shower heads. Contemporary chic meets modern industrialism in the 2nd and 3rd additions to the Riviera, featuring Classic and Balcony room types as well as a rooftop infinity pool. Located inside the newly opened Riviera South Beach, Moreno's Cuba is the hotel's resident restaurant and cafe. Owned by Latin Grammy Award winning singer Jorge Moreno and South Beach Group hotelier Nathan Lieberman, Moreno's Cuba has been a project these two friends have been working on coming to life for years. The restaurant that features an old school Cuban Cafe ambience in the courtyard, a stunning rooftop pool and deck and a 2nd tropical oasis pool and patio in the original Riviera building.
