Located on seven acres of prime oceanfront land one mile south of the town of Kailua-Kona, the gracious Outrigger Royal Sea Cliff is a multi-level complex of striking architecture that descends toward the coast to afford dramatic views. The seven-level property consists of spacious studios, one- and two-bedroom suites. Each deluxe unit includes a complete kitchen, washer/dryer, air conditioning, lanai and other in-room amenities. On-site recreational amenities include two pools, jet spa, barbeque grills, a tennis court, activity desk, parking and security. Complimentary wireless Internet in all units and at the 2 pools and lobby. 'Sunset Monday' is presented from 5:30pm to 6:30pm and features local Hawaiian entertainers performing music, hula and stories of the Kona area. Light refreshments are served. 'Aloha Tuesday' is presented from 4:30pm to 6:00pm where guests are greeted with a complimentary fresh flower lei, pupus (refreshments local style!), and beverages. The history of hula is told through dance, from ancient to modern times, with full costume changes, storytelling and song. 'Movie Thursday' is every Thursday evening beginning at 6:45pm at the resort's South pool where a movie based on Hawaii is shown on a 12 foot screen. Guests are offered complimentary beverages and snacks to enjoy. 'Mahalo Friday' begins with complimentary lei-making at 9:00 am, followed by local entertainment. Guests will find themselves part of a Hawaiian Orchestra as our Activities Coordinator demonstrates the various musical implements used in Hawaiis hula and shares her knowledge of everyday life in Hawaii. Starting April 1, 2013 a mandatory cleaning charge will be applied at check-out as follows, $40USD for a Studio, $50USD for a 1-bedroom or $60USD for a 2-bedroom.
