Stretched along 250 miles of Lake Shelbyville shoreline with plenty of recreational opportunities, this park also has large expanses of maintained indigenous woodlands, 7 hiking trails, and a 110 foot earthen embankment dam built as flood control and water supply. Campsites can be reserved at Lick Creek; most others are first come first served. The camp areas have restrooms, showers, picnic tables, and dump station. This campground is closed during the off-season. There are no water hookups at the campgrounds.
