Rich in prehistoric, natural, and cultural heritage, this 4000 acre park offers a wide range of land and water recreation, and there are several miles of year round trails that follow along both sides of the river and into canyon and waterfall areas. The campgrounds total more than 250 sites and offer seasonal concessionaires, restrooms, showers, picnic tables, grills, and a dump station. There are no water hookups at the campgrounds.
