With a strong emphasis on sustainable, local, and organic, this fine dining restaurant and bar features a seasonally-generated menu of handcrafted gourmet, healthy foods and beverages. They also offer several vegetarian choices and special themed dinner nights. They are open for lunch Monday thru Friday from 11 am until 2 pm, and for dinner Wednesday and Thursday from 5 pm until 10 pm and on Friday and Saturday from 5 pm until 11 pm. Brunch is offered on Saturdays from 9 am until 2 pm, and Happy Hours are Wednesday thru Friday from 4 pm until 6 pm.
