With an emphasis on sustainable, local, and organic, this fine dining restaurant features a weekly changing menu of skillfully handcrafted cuisine using organic and all-natural ingredients. All menu and bakery items are made from scratch daily and they offer catering services. They are open Monday through Thursday from 7 am until 9 pm for the kitchen/10 pm for the bar, and on Friday and Saturday from 7 am until 10 pm for the kitchen/11 pm for the bar.
