Shoppers will find fresh agricultural goods, certified naturally grown and organic foods, homemade marinades/dressings, canned goods, preserves, cheeses, wines, flowers, live plants, and much more at this market. They also provide live music, chef demonstrations, and various specials. They are open for the summer market on Wednesdays 3 to 6 pm and on Saturdays 9 am until 1 pm from May to October on High Rock Avenue. The winter market runs from November to April, Saturdays from 9 am until 1 pm at Woodlawn Avenue (H 50 exit Greenfield Avenue), and in Clifton Park at St George's Church parking lot on Highway 146 (I 87 exit 9) Thursdays, July to October from 2 to 5 pm.
